Casa Miro’s journey began many years ago when a Canadian girl and a Polish guy met while working at a restaurant in England. Their passion for culinary arts led them to travel across Europe and experience the rich tapestry of cultures and cuisines it has to offer, dreaming of someday opening a restaurant of their own.
With over 20 years of culinary experience across the world in wine bars, top restaurants, hotels, prestigious catering companies, and teaching cooking classes, Miro has perfected his craft. He was finally ready to turn his dreams of opening a restaurant into reality — and that’s how Casa Miro was born.
